I received a message from a studio in Doha Qatar. I'd offered classes before here, and was warmly welcomed for Muslim women there, particularly through Dance and Yoga leadership and liberation. The message from the studio owners informed I should be more mindful of my image on social media if I want to have a wider audience and teach for them.
Ruminating on this I see my last IG posts (mostly off Social media 6 months) were from my latest revisit to pole dancing. Sexy, unabashed, with a healthy mindset to be freely expressing myself alongside a talented client and friend, who was my student for Aerial Yoga and Pilates at a highly regarded 5 star resort in Fiji.

It’s a pleasure to dance between the worlds of spiritual teacher and sexy dancer, dark fairy and light angel, where I can dip between the worlds of rock and roll anarchy, and divinity soul arising!

Why not be completely TRUE and authentic in totally? Experience the COMPLETE BEING.
All encompassing to be as YOU are authentically, and complete. Loving all the parts, because they belong to YOU! Why not live inspired and express yourself!

On my former business card, I wrote: “When we express as inspired, spirit moves through us freely.”

9 Leap Years ago... In 1992 my car leaped off a road and I was catapulted out of my body, in a death experience. After major surgery and flat lining, which scared my family, I spent 5 days in a coma from a severe frontal impact hole in my head. When I woke up I knew nothing about how I got there.

In reclaiming my soul back to my human physique, I decided to work from the inside to locate, discover, feel, and balance what was in need of tender care and healing. It led me to study... to believe, and to GIVE THANKS every moment to my angels., for reminding me I'm alive and needed here.

From head concussion trauma, to multitudes of healing arts, and advanced anatomy, I have continued to study and experiment. I've found especially that a positive mind set holds the strongest healing power along with prayers and keeping faith.
That great leap day in time led me to a deeper place of knowing how to accept death and dying.

Since then, I've had many OBE's ( out of body experience) from both psychedelic and meditative states, and from walking between the world's as a spirit on the other side. I've been consistently fascinated with what exists energetically and never been afraid to completely let go and open to the mystery. One could say it's wise to be one with the beyond.....

I started early in life with good friends taking psychotropics to expedite the full expansive brain body and ego death experience. And I'm happy to say that I've enjoyed all of it and have gone deeper than I could have ever imagined in communication with various dimensions, spirit guides, ascended masters, and walked between the world's as ancient shamans do.

I've spent my whole life teetering on edges of paranormal activity, seeing, hearing and conversing with the other side , both before the accident and still to this day regardless of circumstances. It's been a very psychic world for me.
It's definitely no Leap year accident in what happened for me to grow and learn about.

Daily practice can be anything as long as you commit to it... for me it shifts from Breathwork to Yoga, Chi Gong to Pilates, and today was Jazz Cabaret. All are meditations on the moment and explorations on what arises. Love what might be discovered today with practice!

⚕️EMBODIMENT is the new ENLIGHTENMENT⚕️

Much has been written about the art of Mindfulness, especially focusing on how to create space between an event and our reaction to it. We are asked to consider : Who is the "I" that experiences the event? And can we find the inner witness who sees oneself experiencing?

All of this valid, important work takes us deeper into the seat of this "silent witness" so that we'll be less affected by the ebbs and swells of emotional life.

More often than not I see this practice creating a kind of dissociation or detachment from the "feeling life". Especially in people who haven't done the hard and dirty work of integrating their shadow, meditation can be used as a form of escapism, to avoid a true encounter with our less than desirable self.

Rather than fostering the oneness it exalts, it feeds the separation we are trying to heal by creating an image of spirituality that is unattainable. The focus on Enlightenment rather than Embodiment distances us from the messy business of being Human.

And it is this capacity for presence that awakens a natural sense of accountability towards, and authentic engagement with our relationships, communities and the natural world.

I have to admit, I've always loved self care and skin health practices.... from traditional Yogic pranayama breath work to supplement enhancements and ayurvedic oils. As well fasting yearly.. and #biohacking wellness ways for brain and body and more importantly my energy and Spirit.
After 2 months of trials I can recommend the #BellaGrace Elixir to all my friends, family and patients. I've seen an array of positive changes from a decrease in inflammation, increase hair growth, decrease in cellulite, decrease in joint dysfunction, and better well being. For me, I recover much quicker after long days and notice a much more calm focus. My sleep has never been more sound. My nails are healthy and strong. In my experience since I was a child I've held unwavering trust in my posse of angels. My faith is that there's divine guidance from a higher power that is within us and also part of us, which makes us whole.
Wholeness. Holistic.
HOLY ... How does this feel to you?

Can you describe your faith and trust in wholeness? In being part of the Oneness?
Because we are the consciousness that bridges us from one breath to the next. We can balance between expanding and contacting...yes but, and it can often test our faith and test our powers by reminding us we are also fragile human beings. As life gets tough, you may forget you have angels, and once had wings to fly my friends. Remember you are souls with infinite abilities to remember your ancient origins.
