Somatic Embodiment is a holistic approach to body health and wellness that focuses on the deep connection between the mind and body. It involves becoming more aware of how you experience your body from within—your sensations, movements, emotions, and the way you physically interact with the world.

Unlike traditional exercise or fitness routines that focus mainly on physical outcomes like strength or flexibility, somatic practices emphasize the importance of feeling and understanding your body's internal experiences.

Why not Master your Breath? It’s estimated you breathe around 22,000 times each day. Breath work stimulates the electrical currents of subtle energy within you. The power of breath works with the internal flow of Prana to open, release, and unblock pathways by rewiring your brain, and charging every cell in your body.
